API access — planned

Sanctioni checks a shipment in one step: route (origin, transit, destination, final destination), goods (HS code) and counterparty — company, bank, vessel by IMO number or aircraft by registration — against the official UN, EU, UK, Swiss and US lists. We are considering offering this as an API for software that handles bookings and orders.

What it would do

• One request per shipment: the same result as on the website — level, reasons per regime, matches with their lists and versions, what was not checked.
• Vessel and aircraft look-ups by IMO number and registration.
• Notifications when a checked party, vessel or country rule changes.
• No personal data from the sanctions lists, by design: companies, organisations, vessels and aircraft only.
